My French Skills

Some people criticize me for never having gained a strong hold on the French language, despite living in a predominately French province. I'm only mildly ashamed of this fact. It is not as if I don't have any French skills, and I do manage to get by at work with what I have in an institution serving the public. It was also not like I didn't put any effort into trying to acquire what I do know, more like I struggled to achieve my level of proficiency. Thankfully I wasn't denied the opportunity to get where I am today because of a flaw that is only a flaw in certain environments and not one that should determine a person's destiny. Perhaps in the right circumstance I'll be able to overcome this flaw, but until then I rest without regrets.

Reverse Evolution

In the western world, the fittest isn't what always survives. Too often the brightest, strongest pass their genetic material less often than the feeble. Other societies in the world aren't facing this dilemma, will they be the next superpower?

Thoughts

While tossing and turning in bed and pondering about life, I came to a question that I didn't have an answer for. Which would be the better decision to make, to procreate in order to keep the population of one's nation level, or not to procreate because the world is already over populated and increasing...pondering as I'm not sure my philosophy has an easy answer to this one.

Fairy Tales

Story 1.
There once was a fat cell who was always hungry and had a great appetite. He grew up to be large and soft. The End.

Story 2.
There once was a muscle cell. Every day he worked very hard. Although he was always fed well, he eventually became very greedy. At first to satisfy his hunger he began pickpocketing from fat cells. When this became not enough he started mugging. It came to the point where the muscle cell was regularly committing B and E's on the homes of fat cells. All this stealing from fat cells made them very poor, and they became very emaciated, and their prominence on the body stage declined dramatically.

War In Palestine

I don't understand why the western world doesn't join forces with other middle eastern countries and remove the evil Israeli forces once and for all and put an end to the suffering of innocent Palestinians.
